Customer-Specific training for Solvent, UV and Thermal Inkjet printers (Fee-based)

These customizable training options are available on a per-day fee schedule.

General On-Site Training

On-site training is available to all end-users, reseller and Authorized Service Providers. HP ColorSpan technicians or skilled operators are available to provide on site new operator and advanced training. Training is on-site using the customer's equipment, inks and media. Topics can be customized to meet the customer's specific needs. Training is offered on a per day fee of $695 plus travel and lodging. The minimum charge is for one full day of onsite training.

On-Site Specific Applications Assistance

HP ColorSpan technicians or skilled operators are available to work with end-users to resolve specific printing challenges. Technicians can be contracted to work with the end-user to help develop profiles, or printing techniques for new media or applications. Application assistance is at the end-user's site using the customer's printer, inks and media. Assistance is offered on a per day fee of $695 plus travel and lodging. The minimum charge is for one full day of on-site assistance.

On-Site Advanced HP Software RIP Training

Advanced HP Software RIP training includes RIP applications, processing large files, calibrating, ICC workflow and use of ColorMark+ for media profiling and advanced calibrating, use of spectrophotometer and color management. Training is on-site using the customer's equipment, inks and media. Training is offered on a per day fee of $695 plus travel and lodging. The minimum charge is for one full day of on-site training.
